Please note that ALL children under the age of 14 are legally required to have an adult present at Walker park AT ALL TIMES: Point Chevalier is not licensed to provide supervision for your children.
To help your committee run and deliver effective club nights there are some rules that apply to different age groups.
The maximum caps that apply to the 3 – 6 year old age groups are as follows: (Age as at 31/12/2016)
3 & 4 year olds will be capped at 72 registrations this equals 7 teams of 12.
5 & 6 year olds will be capped at 108 registrations this equals 9 teams of 12.
The maximum caps that apply to the 7 – 14 year old age groups are as follows: (Age as at 31/12/2016)
7, 8 & 9 year old age groups will be capped at 40 registrations.
NB: Due to the large numbers of children participating in these age groups parents are expected to assist on club nights.
BECOMING A FINANCIAL MEMBER:
Your registration is NOT complete until your membership becomes financial.
To assist the club in reducing the administration required for registration by our volunteers; please pay your subscription ONLINE by credit card at the time of registering. In exceptional circumstances, the club may accept other forms of payment but this requires the approval of the Club Registrar – Anne Lawson firstname.lastname@example.org
ALL parents/caregivers are expected to assist on club night at least TWICE during the season, Parent roles include: Group Chaperone, BBQ, equipment set up/pack down and event assistants.
If you are new to the club, please come along to our ‘have a go day’ Sunday 18th of September at Walker Park from 10am.
