The approaching athletics season marks the 70th year for the Point Chevalier Athletics Club.
Established in 1945, the organisation is one of the few remaining children-only athletics clubs in the central Auckland area.
To celebrate the occasion the club is calling for any photos, anecdotes or memories people have of the organisation.
A photo wall documenting the club’s history will be displayed at Pt Chevalier Library.
